A. Right of Withdrawal

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or independent professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur any fees for this reimbursement.

Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun to fulfill the contract after you have expressly consented to us starting the fulfillment of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, you have confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal by giving your consent to the beginning of the fulfillment of the contract, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract, which includes the contract content along with the aforementioned conditions for the premature expiration of the right of withdrawal, on a durable medium.
